3. Insane amount of work

You want a better reality for yourself. You want the best. So you work even harder. You work so hard that you become physically sick. And when this happens, and you can’t work anymore, you suffer from guilt. That your business is on hold…

You don’t give up because you have a powerful soul. But you start to struggle from number 4.

4. Procrastination

Lack of rest. Unbalanced lifestyle. It brings your mental health to a level where procrastinating is the only way to rest.

  • Chatting with people instead of working.

  • Jumping from one task to another.

You no longer have the emotional capacity to do uncomfortable things that make you grow.

5. Overthinking

You are looking for a solution in the outside world. You want to solve your problems. You constantly ask for feedback from others. You are thinking about each small step before doing anything.

You start to struggle to make decisions.

Everything inside of you starts to collapse like a domino effect, and you land on struggle number 6.

6. Burnout

You start to be irritated by people and are even more misunderstood than before.

The noises around you disturb you.

You have an inner dialog each morning to convince yourself to stand up from bed. Because, unfortunately, things that were exciting you before don’t spark anything inside.

You can look at new sales notifications in your email, and you don’t care. No emotions…

Your productivity is declining fast, and your business starts to get a hit.
Sales start dropping, and in panic, you get to struggle number 7.

7. Fear of losing everything

You are trying to wake yourself up as your deepest fear is losing everything you have built.
Your business, your lifestyle. For you to lose it, means to lose yourself.
You can’t divide yourself from business. This business is a part of your soul — an expression of you in a physical world.

You find the last reserve of your energy inside and are doing a boost of work. You can focus again, but the price for that focus is high. Results are not the same, and it takes you an enormous amount of effort. It’s not as easy as before.

You know that this isn’t going to last forever.
You are anxious and in panic. And you don’t know what to do.

I hope you aren’t in stage 7 right now. As this is a really tough place to be.
