Hey,

It's Alex.

An average person in the Western world works too much and feels the joy of life too little.

Most solutions that you can find online when it's about work-life balance are time management strategies.

But how many times have you tried to stick to a time management system and ended up coming back to a basic to-do list?

It just doesn't work.

There is no system that works for everyone.

And the reason it's not working is because the challenge is not in time management; it's in us.

Do you know this guy whom you can never catch for coffee?

He is always busy, saying, "I don't have time."

Does this person need better time management?

I don't think so.

It's less about time management and more about brain management.

When my clients have challenges with time, I suggest they try the 1-2-3 brain management system to help increase their productivity.

This system is backed by neuroscience.

If this tool doesn't help them, I know for sure it's not about any system.

The challenge is deeper...

When a system, advice from someone, or a guide doesn't work for you, it's a good time to delve deeper into your way of being.

It means to reflect on how you think and believe time management is supposed to work in general.

When it comes to something that sticks in our lives and refuses to change, it's always about our beliefs.

We are the ones who sabotage our own desire to change.

The annoying thing about these beliefs is that it’s impossible to see them by yourself.

Saying, "I have a problem with time management" or "I don't have time," doesn't change anything.

Try to ask yourself:

"What is the hidden benefit of having no time?"

Or

"What are you afraid of if you had time for everything?"

It's almost impossible to see your own beliefs, similar to how you can't see your true reflection without a mirror.

This is something a coach can help with.

A coach who is familiar with the process of clearing limiting beliefs.

Finding, identifying, and clearing limiting beliefs takes a big part of my coaching work.

I'm reminding you that I still have a spot for 1:1 Ontological Coaching with me.

Coaching where you will:

  • Work on your way of being.

  • Question your beliefs.

  • Learn new things about yourself.

And in the end, get internal wisdom that allows you to do whatever you want.
