With the endless and unrealistic comparisons, we ALL make on social media, COVID-19, inflation, and the fear that AI might take over part of our jobs.

All this… Push us to work harder, faster, and faster.

Every second person on earth feels burnout just from the reality we are living in.

And… I'll be honest with you.

There is no magic solution that can completely eliminate burnout from your life. Because burnout is a symptom of something much bigger.

It's a symptom of not listening to your inner signals and abusing your “inner child”, who has been trying to signal you that you can't continue with the game you're playing in real life.

The first signal was procrastination…

But if even procrastination doesn't help you understand that what you're doing is wrong.

Burnout is the last signal before depression.
