Secret agent that solved self-sabotaging behavior

One big problem I know you probably have is: Buying a course and not implementing it. Trying some habits and giving up. Thinking about an idea and not even trying.

Hey,

It’s Alex.

One big problem I know you probably have is:

  • Buying a course and not implementing it.

  • Trying some habits and giving up.

  • Thinking about an idea and not even trying.

I know this pattern very closely. I can recognize it also in myself from time to time.

So how do you solve it?

Let me explain with a short story:

Secret agent that solved self-sabotaging behavior.

One day… A new bird arrived at the zoo.

But it was a special bird - an agent from a secret agency in the Madagascar jungle.

The secret agency set a goal:

Release ALL the animals across the world from human captivity.

So they trained a bird with a special escape plan so they could finally release the poor animals.

But...

No matter what the bird did, she couldn't convince the zoo animals to cooperate with her.

See...

She had the PERFECT escape plan.

With all the small details and scenarios of what could happen and go wrong.

But each time, she came up with a brilliant plan for the zoo animals:

The monkeys were making fun of her and screaming some silly objections about the plan.

And then...

ALL the animals would agree with the monkeys.

The bird got sick of this situation.

She sent a telegram to the agency requesting a release from her duties and let her fly away.

But the agency sent back only one sentence:

"GET RID of the monkeys."

Later during the night...

The bird sneaked into the monkeys' cage and put them to sleep using a unique hypnotic method that she had learned in a Madagascar temple.

The next day?

All the animals were free from the zoo.

Except for the monkeys... They are still sleeping in their cage.

You see.

Your self-sabotaging behavior is exactly like the monkey's.

They sabotage your ideas, new habits, or anything new that you would like to do.

The reality is...

It's easier to stay in the same behavior pattern and continue doing what you get used to:

  • Thinking the same way.

  • Behaving in the same manner.

  • Making conclusions about everything in a second.

This keeps you in an endless loop.

And even if someone comes up with a brilliant idea about how you can do things better...

The inner monkeys will fight for the status quo.

Your monkeys - (self-sabotaging behavior) control a big part of your daily actions.

And in most cases?

You aren't even aware of it.

You think you should hustle non-stop in order to succeed.

  • Buy courses

  • Consume information

  • Or hack your sports routine

When in reality, you should stop for a second...

And check if you aren't self-sabotaging and “putting sticks” in your actions on a daily basis.

So....

If you want to identify your monkeys.

And finally, get rid of them.

This month, I’m helping 10 ambitious business owners overcome their self-sabotaging behavior.

So they can achieve their business (and life) goals faster and with much more joy.

Reply to this email: "I'm interested"

And I will send you the details.

Take care,

Alex
