Uncomfortable truth about coaching (and why you need it)

Hey,
It’s Alex.
Most people don't like working with a coach.
And the reason? Because we humans don't really like facing the harsh truth…
Let me share in this email why it’s crucial to face the truth if you want to succeed. Especially in business.
Even if a coach doesn't share his opinion, when you work with one, you'll have to deal with the hardest thing in the world:
With yourself.
And the thing is... dealing with yourself isn't comfortable at all.
In fact,
A big part of a coach's job is to make you feel uncomfortable with a deep meaning behind it - to push you to grow.
And guess what? People don't like it.
That's why only two types of people come to 1:1 coaching:
Leaders, founders, and successful entrepreneurs.
This type of people already knows how powerful it is to work with a professional coach. They make themselves uncomfortable all the time. So, working with a coach is like brushing their teeth for them.
People who have tried everything and nothing has worked for them...
This type of people so willing to change that they will do literally anything to change their life situation.
And what about the others?
Others play around with courses, cohorts, and communities.
The responsibility for success in these places is blurry. No one will notice if you give up in the middle.
But what about the results?
Statistically, only 15% of people finish an online course.
But let’s be honest here…
Even if you watched it until the end, what is the percentage of what you learned you implemented into your business and life?
With a coach, it can’t work this way.
You can't come to a 1:1 coaching session every week and share exactly the same excuse as last week.
Sooner or later, you will need to make a decision.
Either you will change, and, as a result, your business and life will start changing.
Or you will find a convincing reason why this whole coaching thing isn't working for you and will stop coming to 1:1 sessions.
There is no third option...
I know that this email is like garlic.
It's not nice to hear. But that's the thing.
I'm not trying to be nice. I prefer to be honest and effective.
There's nothing more important to me in business than the results of the people I'm working with.
Don't run away from yourself. I know it's not easy.
But with tiny steps, day by day,
With tiny, uncomfortable steps, eventually, you will achieve what you are working so hard for...
Results.
Take care,
Alex
