Why do we get stuck in business and life?

Imagine... You wake up tomorrow in the morning, and you feel that there is no obstacle between you and your biggest goals.

Imagine...

You wake up tomorrow in the morning, and you feel that there is no obstacle between you and your biggest goals.

Everything feels possible.

Yes... What you want is still not present in your life. But you feel an inner confidence that it will be, and that's okay for you.

Somehow, you know that sooner or later, you will get what you want.

Is this the reality for most of us?

I don't think so.

If this were the reality, therapists and coaches would need to look for a new career...

There is always a reason why we are not doing what we want.

It can be a hidden belief that we don't see, trauma from our past, or a way how we behave.

In the end, it's just a story.

A story that we tell ourselves each time our goals touch our comfort zone.

This story is our protection. Protection from failure and change.

This story can be extremely convincing, especially if we have shared this story many times with others…

I respect the stories of my coachees.

I respect their pain and concerns.

But I don't “buy” their story.

I don't buy that this is the only interpretation of reality that could be for them. I don't believe that there is no way out.

I don’t believe that there is no other possibilities or new learning that a person can get.

This story that we so like to share represents our past.

But is our past supposed to define our future?

Where is the responsibility? Where is the hidden potential that I believe we all have?

The answer is always in front of our noses…

It's in our BEING.

In our way of being. In the way how we see ourselves and the world around us.

It's not about what we do or don't do. It's about HOW we do it.

This is why you can try to implement the best time management system, but for some reason, it will not stick.

You can buy another online course, but for some reason, it's not helping how you expected.

The key is in our being.

The moment you change your being - you change the way you behave and interact with the world. And this is what creates a change that sticks.

What do you think about it?

Take care,

Alex
